Mike Mullins

FOUNDER - BIGRIG Climbing

Mike has been climbing since 1998, and working as a coach & instructor since 2008. Mike has held various senior positions within the climbing industry, including Centre Manager, Head Coach, and also Senior Instructor at Edinburgh International Climbing Arena. He spent several years as the ClimbScotland National Coach, and spent a year coaching the GB Junior Bouldering Team.

Mike divides his time between coaching clients, running the Bigrig Performance Team, and freelance routesetting.

Mike climbs as often as possible, and his spiritual home is the forest of Fontainebleau where he honed his technical skills. Outdoors, he has bouldered font 8B and sport climbed fr8a+.
